They also proclaimed their intention to boycott Hindu fundamentalists from Congress (I), RSS, BJP, and Shiv Sena in the Khalistan region. However, Gurbachan Singh Manochahal argued that the Sikhs' sixth Guru had granted them the right to self-determination, and hence there would be no dialogue on the issue.
