According to the FIR, Sidhu and his accomplices demanded INR 10 lakh from the complainant, threatening him with violence. Investigations revealed that Sidhu was allegedly involved in arranging a hotel room for the three Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) militants killed in an encounter in Pilibhit on December 23.
